Shipping and Returns

Please allow 7-10 days for shipping.

• As spooky as they may be, Terrorariums are made with care and handled with love, so they may take a bit longer to get to you. We appreciate your patience.
• Please make sure your order is placed with enough time to receive your Terrorariums in time for your event.

 

Handle with care…or else.

• Once your Terrorarium is in your hands, its fate is sealed. We are not responsible for
  damages caused by restless spirits—or mishandling after delivery.
• We package each Terrorarium as if protecting it from the beyond, but should your treasure arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the evidence…before it disappears into the abyss.
  

 

Returning to the Great Beyond

• You have 7 days from delivery to return your item. After that, the portal closes forever.
• Items must be returned in their original condition (no cursed objects, please).
• Custom orders are bound to you for eternity and cannot be returned, so choose wisely.
• To begin a return, send us a message with your order number and reason for return.
  
• Once your item returns to us and we ensure it hasn’t been tampered with by
  otherworldly forces, a refund minus a 10% restocking fee will be issued.
